Once the order has been placed a testing kit will be shipped to you directly which should arrive within 5 working days. All the details of how to do the test are contained within the package including a Pre-paid envelope for you to return the sample to the laboratory for testing. Once you return the test sample via the Royal Mail Post.Your results should arrive within 5-7 working days. You will then receive a call to arrange your zoom consultation link for a 1 hour appointment.
